Great ways to brighten your water
Here are a few of my favorite add ins:
Cucumbers- they give a fresh crisp taste to the water and adds a boost of potassium.
Mint- helps with digestion and lowering cholesterol
Strawberry- helps with detox
You can add a mix of fruit or herbs to freshen up your water. Here are a few recipes:
Citrus water- orange, lemon and lime
Hawaiian- strawberries and pineapple
Cider water- apple, cinnamon and pear
Refresh- cucumber, mint, lemon, ginger
